Preventing and Dealing with Workplace Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination

Bullying, Harassment, discrimination and Violence are workplace hazards affecting psychological health and safety of workers. There are things we can do to prevent these workplace hazards, and ways to organise so that workers have the appropriate controls and knowledge to minimize the risks.

As an organiser, you can help prevent these workplace issues and this course will assist you in ensuring the appropriate controls are in place to minimise the risks. Furthermore it will increase your knowledge and skill in relation to how to use both the WHS and Industrial law as a tool to resolve complaints from individual members whilst also addressing any organisational or systemic influence.

This course can be run specifically for your Organisers or they can attend a course on one of the following dates:

22 October
